Post-Secondary Access

By 2020 more than two-thirds of Oregon jobs will require post-secondary education. Yet Oregon’s high school graduation rate is 48th in the nation. In fact, only one-third of high school graduates complete a post-secondary degree or certificate.
Many students lack the guidance to make the transition from high school to higher education or to the job market.
